Terms and Conditions Shall Be As Follows:-

1. Labour Charge shall be applicable.
2. Missing and damages charge shall be applicable for each delivered item fully.
3. Order amount shall be submitted before Delivery.
4. A valid contact number with WhatsApp number and full delivery address mandatory.
5. Minimum amount Rs.500/- to Rs.800/- shall be entitled for placing the order.
6. GST 18% shall be added in total Bill price.
7. Carrying cost shall be chargeable according to distance.
8. Order confirm after received token amount 50% on total value balance amount paid whenitem handover.
9. If Total Amount Paid if Cancel refund after deduction on total amount 30%.

Sonar Bangla Decorator Company’s Terms And Conditions As Follows: [Updated 10th December 2022]

1. At the time of receiving the decorator’s Items, the customer shall check the items for any defect/damage. The same shall be checked by the Company at the time of the return of the items. If there are any damages to the items, the damage charges if any shall be levied.
2. When payment is done kindly send the Transaction Id to our Office WhatsApp Number +91 93308 31395, that will be the confirmation of the order. Otherwise, the company will not give any confirmation of receipt to the customer.
3. Carrying costs shall be chargeable according to the distance.
4. Payment can be made by Cash, QR Code Scanner payment, or Account Transfer. No Other Payment option will be entertained.
5. A valid contact number with a WhatsApp number and full delivery address is mandatory.
6. Order amount shall be paid before the Delivery of the item/s.
7. Missing and damage charges shall be applicable for each delivered item fully.
8. Labour Charge shall be applicable.
9. The Order will be confirmed only after receipt of 50% of the advance on the total order value as token money and the rest amount shall be paid at the time of handover of the order.
10. If the order is cancelled on a particular date, there will be a deduction to the tune of 30% of the total order value and the rest shall be refunded in the next 7 working days.
11. All items at the time of return shall be free from any dirt/ waste products and should be handed over to the company in a clean state. Otherwise, a charge is applicable for cleaning the same.
12. When Company delivers the items ordered, the customer should check the cleanliness of the items and if any unclean item is received, the company shall instantly replace the same. 
13. The customer shall be responsible for any damage. All damaged/missing charges of items delivered will be fully chargeable and a full replacement charge will be applicable.
14. If the customer receives any defective item after delivery, kindly send a picture of the defective item in the presence of the company’s agents to our WhatsApp no +91 93308 31395. After checking the same shall be replaced immediately. Afterward, no claims will be entertained.
15. Any complaint regarding Item/s(damage/defect) shall be reported to the company in the presence of the company’s agents. Afterward, no claims will be entertained.
16. Day Count Time started 10.00 AM Ended Next Day 10.00 AM .after that it will be chargeable 1 day more .
